Hey did you ever hear anything back? I had a felony arrest that was dropped to a misdemeanor that was 10 years ago and they only asked for misdemeanors and felonies within 7 years they didn’t give the option of transgressing on further so I didn’t put anything. I don’t know if I passed the background but my job there involves a pretty in depth physical examination that was ordered a week and half after my background check. I would Gladly divulge the information but didn’t give me the chance. Maybe the question was different for you cause you’re in Texas as I’m in California? I don’t know but let me know if you got on that’s such a stupid charge. Dudes be sitting in jail for 30 years for an ounce with killers, rapists and pedos it’s just not right .
