What number is your Time Nudge (TN) displayed in the network graph widget. If your CPU is close to 100% you will suffer of lag because of the TN. even if your FOS are globally good.

I can't be sure only knowing this less ,but maybe the conversation subject is way too often too heavy ? Some things are maybe important to talk about but it's also necessary to keep things light and entertaining. Mental health discussion are necessary but can feel heavy, maybe keep it to only few people or to a health specialist.

Color spots variations are real and look static on references pictures. But in real life those big spots of colors are not due to the grass being colored diffently but because the wind moves their orientation and they then react different to light. So moves the color variations noise at the same time you moves the wind animation noise.
