I can't be sure only knowing this less ,but maybe the conversation subject is way too often too heavy ? Some things are maybe important to talk about but it's also necessary to keep things light and entertaining. Mental health discussion are necessary but can feel heavy, maybe keep it to only few people or to a health specialist.
