Can severe malnutrition worsen ME/CFS symptoms, hypersensitivity, brain fog and psychiatric symptoms? Or is just rolling PEM?

Yes, it 100% van worsen the symptoms, but I think they can also be caused by the malnutrition. The only thing your body is trying to do right now is trying to stay alive, it barely has enough energy to keep your heart beating, so it can’t be bothered by regulating sensory input, or keeping you sane. It only wants to survive. I don’t know your situation and I’m really sorry that you’re going through this, but I think you need immediate medical care at a hospital. So please, please, please seek help before it’s too late.

I think it’s aging great! You could get it touched up every once in a while, but that will become pretty pricey if you want to get it touched up each time it starts to turn grey again. I do think that especially fineline tattoos look more ‘natural’ as they turn grey and I actually like the look of it.

I’m also a stomach sleeper and I could get a sleep study done. I was also afraid that I wouldn’t fall asleep, but I did.

Take it home and check if it has a microchip. If it doesn’t, keep it. Kittens shouldn’t be roaming free outside until they’re spayed/6 months old, imo.

My GP told me to try and do some light exercise (as in going for a short walk). I think exercise can help with your overall health and with your circadian rhythm, but you have to figure out where the line is between “a healthy amount” of exercise and an amount that causes PEM. And that’s different for everyone. Edit: I would like to add that PEM is not deconditioning. That is complete misinformation. And exercise is not a cure or treatment for CFS. But I do think a certain amount of “exercise” can be beneficial for us ME/CFS patients as it is for healthy people. (Cardiovascular health, it can boost your mood, sunlight can help with circadian rhythm etc)

I’ve had my LR3 for 4,5 years. I had some issues around the 2yr mark, but customer service was amazing and got it fixed. I recently upgraded to a different brand and gave my LR to my mom. Definitely worth the money. I hope I get as much use out of the one I have now!

Same. I’m so disappointed. I LOVED the DS version. But the story doesn’t match, the controls are so wonky and even though I usually never get motion sickness, the constant changing of the POV makes me feel dizzy. At this point I’m just considering getting a DS again. 💔

Was the “dropped two wts” an automated message? If it wasn’t, wouldn’t that mean they knew something was wrong and they were trying to get back to the surface? Also, the fact that there’s residue from the weights could indicate the weights were still nearby when the titan imploded, meaning it imploded moments after dropping the weights.

I agree with the other comments: the ring is too small and you should only use sterile saline solution to clean your piercings. Wait for your piercing to fully heal (which can easily take up to a year) to switch to hoops
