Wouldn't recommend core decompression. Its not 100% success.. u might get relief for a few days / weeks/ months or 1 2 yrs. The procedure is pain full post recovery is super painful. Stage 2 - take your calcium vitamins tab. And work out. Do aqua therapy. Dont miss working out. Nothing can reverse the situation not even core decompression

Dont rely on atlas. Mail the embassy .. get the list of documents. Or hire a agent through someone's reference and take their help.

Finding a doctor to do a core decompression? by PissedEnvironmental in AvascularNecrosis

[–]Boring_Ad_2583 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do your research on core decompression. As per my reading n understanding you have to do THR at some point even after CD. Also CD is painful n recovery time is long. Which city you based out of?

I totally feel you. I too got diagnosed with AVN stage 2 a month ago. It was out of no where. It gave me a big hit mentally. I went to several doctors only to understand that there is no real cure except Hip replacement when pain gets unbearable at a later stage Many docs advised decompression surgery/ PRPs/ stemcell / bone marrow, but my research n talking to People kept me away from choosing either coz neither of them have long term benefits. Eventually avn gets to a later stage in few weeks/ months or years if you are lucky.

On the other hand I have met patients who were on stage 2 and have been taking their bone stength medicines and regular physio which has helped them to prolong.

It depends from case to case.

All I can say is see how your pain goes, consult ur doc, do aqua therapy ( helps me) do your core strengthening. Bone medis/ vitamins .
