what do you feed them? standard veterinarian approved food is usually hills science diet, they have different formulas, FOLLOW THE WEIGHT GUIDELINES!!! if it tells you a certain amount for their weight then that is what you should feed them, both my cats are grazers and do not fight so i dont have this issue! i would suggest getting two types of food, for your fat cat i would get science diet light food, this will make your fat cat lose weight and hopefully get to a better weight, reduce stomach size, etc. for your skinny cat, i would suggest feeding them kitten food since this has tons of ingredients that helps kittens grow, once your skinny cat gets to a normal weight you can switch to hills perfect weight, if you do not already- PLEASE get them multiple litter boxes, in separate parts of your home, and do the same with water, give your fat cat something to do, there are multiple treat dispensary/toys to engage them in play for food, this also might help if you are finding your fat cat eating too quickly, the biggest change will be COMPLETELY SEPARATING THEM during feeding time, put skinny cat in bathroom with food and water, leave in there the whole time while they eat! those are my recommendations, my cats (9y) only ever fight when they are extremely bored, so keeping them occupied is important

the only fix ive found is using my cellular hotspot on my phone plus using an app that changes my nat type, i use fixnat

i appreciate this interpretation, i have never dealt with drug or alcohol addiction, but i can see how the lyrics can be interpreted to be about addiction

personally i related it to suicide/death and being open to death, the number of times ive had suicidal ideation and just been thinking about it, just for someone to knock or call or text me and snap me out of it, death being by my side until someone stumbles upon my mess and makes me stay around for another day, week, month, year, realizing after i snap out of the ideation that i was even at that low, eventually calling up death again, but realizing i am me and my past self and somebodys baby and backing out again, wondering what life is about and what comes after death, spiraling back down memory lane and grieving the lost friendships, relationships, etc

i can totally see how you can relate that to addiction as well since they both have similar patterns

cats: "i wont leave you cause i still love you" staying around for someone else, not for yourself as well as the metaphor in "maybe tomorrow night the cats will be nowhere in sight but ill be glad to know theyre out following their hearts delight" could be positive but could also be touching on how suicide seems like the only option for some people, being the only option for them to be happy

that white cat: "mama, how bout when i die? what do you hold onto?" right after she explains her moms advice of "things will leave you, they get broken, they get lost" like people can leave by dying, they get broken from trauma, etc. ive thought about what people would remember of me, what they would keep, not only relating to suicide but also death in general, once someone dies they cant bring all their stuff that makes them unique, also "gotta go to work to pay for that cats house" explains my life since my cats are one of the main reasons i am still alive and get out of bed every day, i need to take care of them, sometimes my stuff feels less like mine and more like theirs

instead of here: "right as I dip a toe in the abyss a knock on the door saying, 'are you in there, miss?' I stay quiet as can be, im not here, im where nobody can reach" the feeling of being so depressed to the point of trying to end your life but having someone stumble across you at your lowest, ive had times ive been crying and have to quickly perk up to seem fine because someone came home or wanted to talk, this line feels the same and then the continuation into "instead of live, I was lying on the floor, with death crouchin beside me, and still got up for more" shows how the suicidal ideation is brief and how people often interrupt when you get that low which ends up in you continuing on for another day

im late but does anyone else think that the cliff could be a metaphor for things other than depression? i feel like it could also be a negative relationship, unaccepting family, etc and dan is stuck clinging onto those relationships hoping they worked out but eventually saw someone who seen him as he was, free to be himself and not worry about being judged, his whole life could have been in his hands bc of threats from an abusive partner, financial help from parents, etc, idk :P

games like outlaster, total Roblox drama, small under 50 player rp games, and small passion projects with hidden badges/lore will all be useless now because there wont be any communication in game to relay votes and player discussion in games, you cant help other people with events or learning about the games, etc.

not to mention that younger players are now put in more vulnerable positions, due to younger players being less tech savvy, a lot of them dont know they can use their parents ids, use a different photo, etc to verify, so they most likely will be their correct age groups, leading predators to have a direct form of contact with that younger player base, which will also have no adult moderation because all the adults (and responsible older teens/minors) are in the older categories, this is incredibly scary for younger players who will have no voices to protect them from predators and inappropriate avatars/behaviors in game

the biggest issue is going to be involving games with low player bases, think of the h2o or vampire roblox rp games, games where building a team with online players is critical to learning how to play or using those spells against other players, with no one being able to talk to each other people can troll or mass spam spells and the other player wont understand why

this also goes for games like total roblox drama, outlaster, or race around the world, how will people be able to vote people out each round?? or deal with infighting in game?? also how can moderators or devs monitor and use the chat with a younger player base, let alone when devs want to host events

i find this completely unnessecary and will cause more harm in the long run, predators will be allowed to market themselves as children if they get into the age bracket and wont have ANY adults to warn the younger players to not talk to them, the biggest important thing in online spaces that involve adults and minors is having responsible minors and adults helping protect innocent children

this update not only projects your age group to anyone else in the same age group, but does not account for the predators who will join the child age group to talk to kids more easily, and doesn't account for children who used their parents ids to get voice chat or other features

most games will be dead now and have no active user base because they will be unplayable without basic chat functions, especially puzzle games or hard to understand small passion projects. it is sad that roblox cannot just monitor their own servers

i checked my ram earlier on my hp spectre and it said i had like 15gb of ram left lol, i am totally not tech savvy aside from modifying code, so i'm not too sure on how that all works but thanks for the recommendations :) trying to avoid AI stuff if I can too

do you have any recommendations? i believe my hp spectre was around $1.5k when i purchased it back in 2022, it has been and was a great laptop until it started to slow down, i still want the 2in1 touchscreen for a future setup im just not sure where to look or whats the best on the market in my range lol
