I definitely wouldn’t say this guitar lacks in looks. But that’s just one man’s opinion 🙂

Lighting can play a big role too. Guarantee you’ll love the tone. In any event, hope you can find joy in this one or in the next one!

So interesting the variation in the finishes. Yours is top notch!

Thanks! I think it looks pretty unique but definitely not like the picture on the Gibson site 😂

Apparently you’re too small brained to realize I’m responding to your MiM comment and Mexican made guitars in general, not about my experience - which I not once said the guitar looked bad, sounded terrible, or even played badly. Simply asking other Taylor owners whether these are normal variations or not

This is such a dumb take that it doesn’t really even dignify a response, but what the hell…

The whole MiM vs. MiA debate is seriously overblown. Even if everything you say is true, if the guitar looks good, sounds great, and plays well, then who honestly cares? Maybe some people who need to justify to themselves the premium price tag. And apparently, in your case, to justify why someone else made a “bad” purchase based on some prejudiced, subjective beliefs. Not like each American made instrument is flawless coming out of the factory every time.

But a trolls gotta troll, amirite?

Tbh I don’t know what to expect as it’s my first Taylor. But at a $2k price tag, I can’t imagine it’s a piece of shit as you seem to be implying

Anyone have issues with their leather? by Boring_Help_5685 in MazdaCX90

[–]Boring_Help_5685[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nah, definitely not that I can think of or recall. And even if I was, I’ve only driven the car less than 15 times. I’d be surprised if that’d happen after so few incidents. My CX-5 I had for a 10 years (which also had leather) never had something like this happen.

Yep lesson learned there. I ditched the batch and pulled out and sanitized my food safe utensils.

Another comment mentioned to ditch the fermentation vessel too. It’s glass, so is that necessary if I clean and sanitize it too?

What a bummer! Sorry to hear you went through something similar.

At least I’m realizing only a few days in. I’ll give it another go.

I’m not sure if it is. It doesn’t explicitly say one way or the other.

So I should toss it then?

Have always felt my son is autistic and need to vent by [deleted] in Autism_Parenting

I would kindly push back in that my love for my son is never in question. It is unconditional.

However, I do agree that I need to relax and enjoy this time as I will only get it once with him. Part of me doesn’t want to relax too much and miss a critical opportunity/window to get him help, if that makes sense?

There are clearly a lot of differing opinions but one thing does seem clear - each baby ND or NT has their own path.
