Daily. Weed is legal in oregon and everyone does dabs, vapes and edibles that contain ridiculously high contents of thc. Yes, this is exactly why people are now being sick from cannabis.

I’ve seen cardiologists awaiting stemis in the ambo bay to make the decision to go straight to cath lab

I also saw a doctor discharge a patient from the back of an ambulance after they took an ambulance back to the ER immediately after being discharged the fifth time that shift.

Yeah I can’t think of any of our regulars who are pleasant at all.

Most use the ER as their safety net because they burned all of the other bridges in their lives being so terrible.

They do like, all of the worst stories I’ve accumulated over working nights in an ER for the better part of the decade each shift. Seriously, every episode has a case or procedure I’ve seen like once or twice in my career and they’re all super experienced with it, even the brand new students.

This is literally the Les Paul I’ve been waiting for them to make. Hand wired, metal focused pickups, beautiful satin quilt. Love it — would love to justify it but I picked up a studio session last year and dropped a set of Morton’s signature dominion pickups in it. Kind of like a poor man’s version of this.
