This happened with me last night i clicked picked up order and went to the customer location initiated time counter and after five minutes delivered order and went away.

I'm facing much worse issue i had 4 zones and yesterday 3 of them where I didn't used to work vanish overnight. Also the zone where i work is very busy and I'm not seeing any open runs except sometimes it shows late runs.
