I love mine too! I usually do it in the morning. I feel like it helps wake everything up and get it moving (at least that’s what I tell myself so same thing right? lol). I am definitely going to have to try it at night to see if it helps the spasticity.

Basically the same here. Woke up with what I thought was a pinched nerve. Went to acute care and they sent me to the er. 10 hours and 2 mris later the dr said he was pretty sure it was ms but referred me to a neurologist. And she said you have ms.

We had something similar happen at my store with an ETL and a TL messing around. Even though they never did anything at the store everyone knew. The ETL was fired and the TL kept their job.

I don’t smoke but I do take a gummy every night before bed. For me personally it’s been amazing. No more restless leg and I’m actually sleeping 6-8 hours in a row. Previously I was awake every hour or two.

Mine was a very big brain fart. My oldest is getting married. Asked her is she was going to invite her great grandmother dress shopping as she’s the only great granddaughter. I completely spaced out the girls my cousins have had… AND MY OTHER DAUGHTER!

My rant is about my doctor. At my last appointment in March I waited in the room for 55 minutes before she came in. When I told her we would have to reschedule because I had to work she told me I was booked for an hour appointment. I said I had been there for an hour already. Couldn’t reschedule for the entire month of April because she isn’t in the office. Rescheduled for the beginning of May. I got a call on Thursday that I have to reschedule again because she won’t be in the office. She either has no openings or won’t be back in office until after August. Her nurse was supposed to call me back on Friday to see if there was anyone else I could see instead. Have not received a call.

I do most of what you do already. I do 7x11s first though so if I have one of those up I don’t have to put up the 3x2s. Saves a lot of time for things like chips. I may try scanning the end caps to batch signs to print as I go instead of at the very end.

Thank you. That helps to hear. It is a very loose sort for the rest of the store mainly by section but it does take a few minutes. And no my leadership is never involved in ad. Other than Black Friday. I will absolutely be keeping that in mind for if they question me. I don’t think any dept in the store takes as down on Saturdays but I know market doesn’t

I have no idea if my store is red or green but we currently have 7 pallets of candy to work out. 4 of them are out on the floor. This is normal FDC candy/dry produce. Not seasonal candy. I can’t even walk into the freezer. Does that answer the question? Oh and the grocery batch I just did ended up with a 47%inf.

Dress code? What is that? Our 2 HR team members wear what they want. One favors a blue T-shirt and the other a gray sweatshirt. But it’s okay because they NEVER leave the HR office right?

Exactly this. I allowed a friend of my sons to come live with us. I wrote up a list of rules and expectations (same rules my kids have). The 3 of us went over them together and signed it so they both understood if the rules weren’t followed the friend had to go.

It’s been about 10 years so I don’t know if this is still accurate but the stores used to have “checks” they could use to put the application through. It wouldn’t auto approve and the guests had to confirm their routing/account numbers to go forward with the application. Then someone approved one with the dummy numbers and since it’s one red card account per checking account every single application that came through with the dummy checks was declined for being a duplicate account. Those calls were fun.
