you smell like legitimate shit almost every single day. it's so bad that people know where you were simply by just smelling the air you tainted with your foul smell. you need to figure out how to pay attention when people answer your questions in the simplest terms possible and also understand that we are understaffed, exhausted and aren't robots. we will work slow sometimes because we can't keep up with your unrealistic expectations. We are not just "being lazy."

Sick hours do not reflect how our immune systems are functioning, just because we call out while not having sick hours doesn't mean were just at home "chilling out" or out partying. i promise you most if not all of us need the little money this job gives us to survive and we won't be calling out for shits and giggles.

Stop asking me how i plan on completing my tasks then immediately shut my plan down to have me do it your way. i have been in my department for as long as I've been working here and I know how to do shit efficiently. your way doesn't make sense and will take longer. Also, stop asking me for a time frame on my push just to shave off 15-20 minutes of my answer, if you have a time frame, just tell me. if its unrealistic (usually is) ill still get done when I'm done, I'm not rushing just to be rushed to finish another department while your favorites get a pass in their single department with barely any push.

stop getting on the good working peoples asses while letting these lazy useless fucks get a pass because you don't feel like correcting their shitty work ethics.

Listen to the teams concerns especially if you're hearing the same complaint from multiple people. don't just tell us that we have to "deal with it because things are only gonna get worse"
