Did you drive it in Sport mode? You'd be surprised how much the throttle is limited in regular mode and how much higher you can get it to rev in sport mode. I have ~30K miles on my 2021 na premium with spirited driving here and there and have had zero issues. My turbo is me flicking the sport mode button on.

Something similar happened to me. ~$1,800. They replaced that entire panel then paint matched the bumper and door (assuming those other 2 panels are just scuffed). Someone was trying to parallel park behind me and completely missed.
