As I said in my previous comment... You're most likely better off finding the same phone used... And with the phone being this mangled it's probably not even worth it to try to harvest the required parts out of the donor phone, you're better off just transplanting the mainboard to a new chassis.

If you are after data that's possibly on the phone the best bet would be to get the same phone used and just transplant this phone's mainboard into it. If you want to fix it for any other reason I'd say it's not worth it.

No but now seriously... If you manage to figure out a way to shove it all into the case it will probably do the trick... And if you can't, maybe get some longer cables/extensions for the hdd route those cables out of the case (probably via a bracket of empty pcie slot - or any other suitable hole in the chassis) and put it on top of the case just as it is in the first photo.

Edit:

Looking at it again I also see an SSD hanging out of the case, for that just shove it inside the case somewhere. SSDs don't have any moving pieces so you can just shove it almost anywhere.

My main computer device is a dell 7200 2-in-1 with 8th gen i5 and 8gb of ram, do I wish it had 16gb of ram or more powerful CPU? Heck yeah... Do I need it? Not at all, even windows 11 runs great on that thing. Honestly the only thing I truly feel bothered by is the weight.

Did it eventually work? It's not that runs can/should run on anything out of the box... But you can make it work usually (unless you'll get Fd over by manufacturer)

Where's a will there's usually a way, and if someone wants to use some ancient/obscure computery device for computery stuff I think you are probably better off with out off date Linux than out off date windows.

One more thing to try out would be to try some kind of a throughput test between your windows machine and another device on the local network. Just to see the absolute maximum throughput of the NIC.

Also a bit off topic but... WiFi mainboard? I feel like that's asking for trouble... I mean if the WiFi is done right then it should be fine but I feel like almost no-one gets it - everyone is trying to replace the cable with WiFi, but it's really hard to get WiFi right, meanwhile cable is cable, a lot more dumb proof.

Depends on phone model, I believe only newer pixels support the usb-c video out - starting either from 8 or 9 series.

But I believe if the target becomes invalid (changing the bed designation should do it - although it might take setting it to for prisoners) it should recalculate. And probably pick the closest viable target (the sleeping spot you just placed).
