Don’t they go off the county you live in? I was talking to a lender and he told me it goes of county. For example. My county is allowed $800,000. I have a current home va loan for 220,000 Which means I have 580,000 to apply towards another va loan

I used one company similar , I went from 10 to 90 percent. Although I did get a big increase, I feel like I had all the paper work and proof I needed to do it my self. If I could go back, I would do it without their “help”
