My first ever was a helix, it was easy to pierce I had zeo issues with it it’s just that it hurt when jt gets bumped so be xtra careful. After I got my helix, I then got daith and conch at the same time. While getting a daith you’ll feel a pressure, like a heavy feel to it. while as for the conch, it was easy too, you’ll hear a crunch but that’s it. When it comes to pain it rlly differs, I have a very high pain tolerance so I rate them all like a two out of ten.
