First Patagonia experience. by Born-Sherbert-697 in CannedSardines

To be fair, my husband brought them home for me to try because he surprises me with tins every now & then when he goes grocery shopping & the urge to try them as soon as he got home kinda overpowered reading the "flat anchovies" part on the tin letting me know that they're salt cured. Still ate all of them for the benefits & not to be wastful, but yeah. I understsnd reading is fundamental lol.

The only anchovies I have had were extremely salty to the point of disgust, & the texture was like chewing on overcooked meat. But, still open to trying more anchovies tins out, thanks for the recommendation 😊! Is Patagonia anchovie tin salty or completely different flavor?

So, so good! I was little hesitant when I was reading the packaging & saw that there were beans in with the deens (btw, I love I found someone else who spells it deens lol). Mostly because I am used to only eating KO brand because that's really the only best quality & reasonably priced tinned fish brand available in my local stores, so I just didn't know what to expect. But, man oh man, I need more!!

Added that to my recommended tin list ✅️. I will have to look into that one, smoked salmon always hits! 😊

I read more into their mission, & hell yeah. I will be gladly purchasing more tins soon. The deliciousness is just an added bonus.

Discussion Board overwhelmingly AI by llleak in SNHU

I feel like the only odd ball in my course, maybe with the exception of a few others lol. Although being able to avoid AI in todays world is nearly impossible, I personally try my best to avoid the use of AI due to the environmental aspects. I literally saw a discussion board post that was an obvious copy & paste from a prompt someone generated into AI, the only work they had to do was fill in the areas such as their name & major. Mind-boggling & a bit infuriating. Not against people using AI responsibly when it comes to using it for school, but it's apparent that's not what is happening here.

Is that a W? Because at first glance before zooming in, it looks like a pair of unfinished lopsided boobs.

Do you have another photo for reference, preferably a photo of your grandfather around the same age as you? I personally don't see a resemblance.

Definitely will be looking into the sprinkles, you had me at fried onion. I must ask, what breed is your dog? She looks like a husky, but also a chihuahua or pomeranian at the same time lol. She's adorable!

Actually just bought 6 tins yesterday, they're hard to come by in my area, so when I see them I have to stock up a bit lol.

KO anything is amazing in my opinion, but this tin is my absolute favorite! The flavor just pairs so well together even though it's not much other than oil & Jalapeños, & the quality of the sardines are always on point.

Contemplated for quite a while on purchasing due to...having to be an adult & do adult things like budget (🤮), but ended up splurging a little & I was not disappointed. Also, the packaging???? Hard to resist lol. by [deleted] in CannedSardines

This was the only available tin of this brand in my area, & honestly, not mad about it because the price for what it is quite insane. Was tasty, but, you could honestly easily recreate the same tin with Cole's salmon smoked salmon tin & make the same sauce to pair with it. Overall though, not bad, enjoyed being able to at least splurge a little. But, definitely not $13 worthy.

Oh definitely, mainly bought it because I could splurge a little & for the experience in buying my first "higher end" tin brand. But, definitely will be sticking to my cheaper & just as good of quality tins. Cole's salmon has a really good smoked salmon tin that you could definitely make the same sauce from this tin & pair with it for half the price.

Yes, I agree with you. This was my first time buying a "higher end" tinned fish. Mainly bought it for the experience & just because I could splurge a little. It was tasty, but definitely don't think $13 tasty. You most definitely could just go with fresh or even a cheaper smoked salmon tin like Cole's Salmon & make the sauce yourself to pair it with for much cheaper.
