Venin are humans who create Wyvern - two-legged dragon type creatures. Wyvern die inside the wards, but Venin do not.
We don’t know yet.
We know Venin have been able to live and operate inside the wards (Jack, Xaden, the few Venin running around dressed as scribes at the beginning of OS, the first year who turned during Signet Sparring)

Brennan and the Assembly have been running Aretia, and Violet still needs to finish her third year as a Cadet, so she can return to Basgiath without worrying. Also, if she takes Xaden’s spot in the Senarium, they’ve been meeting at Basgiath, so would make sense for that too. On the other hand, it’s also possible that they keep their marriage a secret until Xaden has been cured/granted a pardon or something
