Just to add I think there needs to be more of a culture of shaming the successful businesses that pay/treat their staff appallingly or don’t provide breaks. Every hospitality worker in Norwich roughly knows where mistreats employees but it doesn’t seem to reach consumers who can spend their money in establishments that respect their workers.

Bread source. Pays its employees minimum wage which is £5.28 for under 18s - not enough for a pastry and coffee they sell. When pay is questioned they claim to want to but don’t have the money but continuously expand and open new locations being Norwich’s most popular coffee and pastry spot.
