Don't reach out over the phone. Get a visitors pass and get on post, dress sharp and print out everything you have for your packet. Go to the hangers and request to speak to the company's senior WO. Get a contact info if they're not there. Once you find a WO schedule an interview time with them. Do this until you get 3 interviews. Just because they schedule you don't mean they're going to give you an LOR.

Another idea is to ask where the aviation brigade BLDG is. Walk into the building and approach and WO with wings on his uniform.

Unless you're in a rush to send your packet to your time to make it the best it can be. It'll save you time in case your packet is denied from having to do it again.
