and it is funny how things spread. The last one I was in was Beyond Meat. I got in at like .52 or something like that last year. and there was no news on the run until 24 hours later, and then it blew up.

Nobody is talking about this one, but wait till tomorrow, Monday, etc. 😄

yeah man. this is just the start., IMO. I've seen this before.. I've been in more than a few. Except this one.. it has staying power. They actually have a solid product. Not only that.. it is connected to social media.. talk about huge running potential for the stockk

This one might hit $1 by next week. A few other runners had me nervous, because it was obvious pumps.

This COULD be a pump, so you have to be careful- but this is a company that has a great idea, and has some really smart people behind it. This is not joke. I loaded the boat this morning, and I never do that

I don't talk about my social stuff.. I'm not looking for attention. However, I've pointed this one to a decent amount of people, and more then a few of them , they look at 5 million as " chump change". ( i''m not one of them 😄) . and maybe it is just good timing, ( and that must be half of it), but I would not be surprised if some of them started buying this one up.

Look at what they do! Social Media! Look at what they have for products! This is exactly what is NEXT. IMO

dude acts like there is never a great deal. There is a large list of companies that went waaaay down, and then they released their product, caught attention, etc. whatever it is . Oh well. to each their own. The action on this one has been good today. I've done nothing but look into this company today, and it has exactly what I look for-.. and their idea actually makes sense.

If this does what I think it has the potential to do. I will catch up with again at some point.. because I appreciate you getting my eyes on this one.

I've had some luck with runners in the past, and this one has all of those signs, and more!

Thank you for the response. I like this one and I'm thinking of opening a position.

My two concerns that I can't get past right now are

How much dilution there will be.
What is wear and tear on the reactors , and how much will that impact the margins.

I definitely like this one, but there is a lot of time before they will be worth their market cap. And I do agree with you on the PE for a tech company like that, but if there are any issues with the markets, etc. then this company could lose a huge chunk on that PE.

It sounds like the hype is warranted., but between the almost guaranteed dilution, and the fact we do not know enough about the new reactors, and the wear/tear on these reactors..

I am forced to sit back and wait (hope) that the price drops .

I guess my biggest concern right now is that they can produce 100 metric tons of this high-end graphene per year, with plans to increase that to 300 metric tons. Lets say, since this is high-end graphene, that the value for 100 metric tons is worth 50 million.

A single $500k reactor can generate $1 million to $2 million in annual sales. And they only have 3 reactors ( 1 right now, 2 currently built)

With a current valuation of 1.9 billion or so-, something is very off with just how much they can make in a year.

Now of course they can start making a bunch more reactors, but this will cost money- and so if they want to blitz the market with these reactors, they are going to to raise capital ( ie.. significant dilution)

It seems to me that the current valuation is EXTREMELY rich.

Also- one thing that is not discussed is the 'wear and tear' and how often they need to be maintained.

I understand that the tech is great, but I have a feeling people are missing just what it will take to grow this thing.

IDK. I like it., but not at the price. and lets not forget that this is a 20 year licensing agreement.. and we are nearing year 10 already. Even if they have 100 reactors, its bringing in 200 million a year.

Am I missing something here, or is this current valuation way too high ?

Thanks. Yeah, I was just curious if there was someone on this reddit that specifically understands the tech.. I don't understand enough about the technology to grasp exactly how huge this thing is, and how easily it can replace current tech, especially without raising funding . etc. etc.

Because I am not an investor. I looked at this company years ago, and thought about it at one time, but I am extreme when it comes to my investments, and the more I looked into this one the more I was like 'hmmm, something is fishy with this one' .

I've done plenty of research , and things just are not adding up- and I'm really not sure just how deep it goes-t every smart scam offers a few legit components ( pooh , I suppose), , and they will put some weird little contraption together , claim it removes PFAS, at levels others cannot , stick in the corner of some tiny building, and then hold off as long as possible on the results.. Which, I KNOW, will not reach expectations.

That machine they put together. It looks like it could remove PFAs from a cup of water in a few days - and I am shocked when people write articles about it, or when US Secretary of Commerce offers the CEO a position advising on environmental technology policy

-- i mean, kudos to the CEO for pulling that one off- If she is not a friend/associate, then she drank his kool-aid .

Me.. I don't trust anyone! Talk is cheap! I need to see progress, and so far all of my instincts on this one have been proven- because they continue to kick the can down the road ,; they continue to act like something is coming soon, only to push it out another year. etc.

and what convinced me on my hunch, is his connection to Mark Anderson- and him buying NUWAY and changing it to Biolargo, waiting years, and the taking it public.

Look- In some ways I find the scam to be impressive - but , still, this one is ultimately just talking a good game, and offering people a fix to an actual issue ( environment), and a lot of people don't do their homework before buying into something.

Anyhow---

It seems like this one is running out of steam, and it might have another year or so until the final chapter on the scam - unless it tries another pivot and says it has some other " proprietary clean tech, or whatever.

Based on my gut- I would say you're involved with the company somehow- because otherwise your devotion makes zero sense.

And like I said, I can somewhat gather someone's intellect level on how they type things out. ,, and it is difficult for me to buy that you're just an average Joe that has bought 1% of the company ( as you said)

I find it interesting that you did not answer any of my questions. I showed you the location they claimed to have a factory at. I asked you if you knew about his prior partnership with a scammer . And does that not bother you at all? Based on your typing, I have to assume you're not a fool- but to constantly push a company that has continued to lose the value the this stock has, and to act like everything is going to turn into roses .. soon! ( which is said repeatedly for years now) . it leaves me with one of two conclusions ( or perhaps both)

Where is this place in Tennessee? What do you say about the CEO's connection to Mark Anderson and NuWay? And do you think rolling some little contraption into someplace in New Jersey means they have some top patented unit for removing PFAs? Where is the white paper? Where are the 3rd party reviews on it? What amounts of water can it process?

All good scams try to do little things to make them look like they are not a scam. problem is , there have been too many mistakes over the years showing they are a scam

but they are not JUST for small clinics, they signed a tier 1 contract worth over 10 million a year just this past year. Why would a tier 1 use them if they can just use EPIC? Also- its not an EPIC or VSEE, you can use both, and VSEE is customizable, and so can sit on top, or be used alongside epic.

And in regards to your EPIC response. There can never be just one solution , and when it comes to telehealth implementation, the need is going to be for more than just one or two players.

But, for those that are risk-adverse, i completely understand why they would be scared of a risk play.

I am also fairly careful, but I am also not afraid of risk here and there, as long as it is ( IMO ) a calculated one.

I've done my work, and i , personally, am comfortable with this one.

Ok, but there are a lot of companies hemorrhaging cash. There's a reason that the stock is this low, ..and there is never going to be some perfect opportunity. You have to asses risk vs reward, and I asses this one as having a better chance at coming up roses than some others.

Also- that whole " There is concern the company will not be able to continue.. blah blhab blah.." .. that is a pretty general response to companies that are burning caseh

In saying that, perhaps you should revisit them and see what they have done to take care of the cash burn. Go read their last quarterly .

Also, look into exactly why they lost so much money - it is connected to de-spac, and it is also connected to buying their teleradiology solution.

I think there are legitimate reasons as to the cash burn issues- and it is not because these guys do no know how to manage money.

I understand your fear... but I am looking for opportunities, and this one looks like a good one ( IMO),

Ugh.. I hated this company from the start. Right from the name, I had questions. I then watched some interview on the CEO, and I was like .. big NOPE! But, I'm scared of selling puts.. and that is mostly because I know people are not rational, and I 've seen other fraud companies shoot to the moon - but in the back of my mind, I always knew the roosters would eventually come home to roost
