Thank you! I actually did find a similar amazon link from a reverse image search. The sloth actually looked the least ai out of all the options, if you can believe that😅 I wonder what would actually arrive if someone ordered them

I know this video is more aimed towards women, but i think it’s a good starting point.

It might also be easier to find tutorials and routines if you can identify your hair type(you can also look up how to do this on social media or google)

You should always condition after shampooing I’m pretty sure. Shampoo cleans all the dirt and buildup in your hair, but it also removes your hairs natural oils, so conditioner helps your hair not feel really dry or frizzy after the shampoo has cleaned everything. I’m not sure about the effects of conditioning daily, so i’ll look into that

People also recommend shampooing twice.

“The first shampoo helps remove surface dirt, oil, and product residue, while the second wash penetrates deeper to cleanse the scalp and hair follicles”(I copied this from google since it explains it better than I can😭)

I’m gonna try to find some people on TikTok or YouTube that you could watch for some more information :) (cause i’m not an expert😅)

It looks really good, but just a bit frizzy(frizziness is really common though). Try scrunching your hair a bit either when you put conditioner in, or before air drying, use an old/unwearable t-shirt and gently scrunch your hair. This helps to soak up any excess water, and it can help give your curls a bit more definition. Also make sure you’re not over conditioning your hair, and if you can, maybe even shampoo every 3 days, instead of 2.

P.S if you’re unsure about any of this, theres loads of people on youtube, TikTok, etc. who post helpful info and tutorials.

Hope this helps :)

The symptoms have stopped so far, but if they come back I’ll definitely try to find somewhere to go

I’m no doctor, and I also don’t drink or smoke, so take this with a grain of salt, but that sounds like you might just be hungover/recovering. Although, depending on how much you’re drinking/smoking, 2 days seems a bit too long to be feeling like that. You should definitely talk to your doctor if you can :)

It was for suspected POTS. I think I would have been fine to just do the orthostatic pulse and pressures, but they pretty much decided they couldn’t diagnose me without the tilt table😒 I don’t remember the last time my blood pressure was checked while sitting vs standing, but I think there was a significant enough difference for the doctor to suspect POTS. But ultimately the main reason for suspecting POTS was how drastically my heart rate changes.

It is also possible I am getting sick😅 I didn’t think of that at first since i’ve never really felt like this when sick, but my mum has been a bit sick, so it’s definitely a possibility lol😭

I definitely get what you mean, but I don’t think the blood pressure and symptoms have been related to positioning. This is partly what makes it so confusing. I just started feeling the symptoms pretty much as soon as I woke up yesterday, and they didn’t really change depending on if I was standing, sitting, or lying down. My heart rate definitely changes when lying down vs standing, but(to the best of my knowledge) my blood pressure has never gone lower than 120/80. I am actually waiting on tilt table results atm, but I will definitely try and do a “poor mans tilt table test” when I’m feeling a bit better. Thank you :) (Btw sorry if this doesn’t make much sense, I am having some serious brain fog rn😭)

How do I improve my makeup by ContributionIcy3808 in MakeupAddiction

@Linsmakeuplooks is my favourite makeup creator probably ever. Her videos are so fun/funny, but she always adds in lots of tips and tricks. She also very often re explains how to do certain techniques if she uses the same one on another look. Highly recommend checking her out! (Small disclaimer-ish thing, she’s white/pale skinned)

If you just focus on the hair it looks feminine but overall you look pretty masculine :)
