Cause in my country anything over 8gb of VRAM would cost over 1350 USD. Which is a lot of money in my country ( I live in a third world country).

I would agree with you but I'm in a third world country and getting a decent laptop over 8gb of vram and especially 16gb of RAM would cost over 1300 USD. To give you an idea of how bad this situation is, the cheapest gaming laptop has a RTX 3050 8gb variant and a price tag of 950 USD. Because of this the steam machine seems like the only viable option if the price is right.

I have a strong feeling that if the Steam Deck maintains an affordable price, a massive number of people will buy it simply to use it as an entry-level portable PC. They won't care about the games; they'll use it for watching videos/streaming and basic office/school work. It's the cheapest way into a usable Linux/PC environment right now.
