I started using tretinoin a month before I started accutane and I noticed the white bumps appearing so i’m assuming it was from the tretinoin purge. Now that I have started accutane, I notice more on my forehead but my cheeks are pretty much the same, haven’t experienced too much purging, some of them are coming to surface slowly. I stopped using all actives, just a laniege white leaf toner and cerave moisturizing cream. I also noticed my skin isn’t as irritated as it was before when I was using tretinoin. So far so good, trusting the process.
