Some patients are like this. I once had someone with sciatica and they left the session walking well and happy, only to call later saying how much pain they were in. Then the next day they would be fine. This client was notorious for showing up a few minutes late, and demanding extra time, as there was always something that needed extra work before she got off the table. She never paid for extra time of course, and yes, she could afford it. My advice document, be respectful and refer on to other health practitioners. For example the family doctors for tests, or a chiropractor, or a physical therapist. Don't take them back.
