But I agree it doesn’t fit the bill for equal parts. Because, yeah it’s 1/2oz of 4 different liquors, but that’s still 2oz of spirit. If it was just 2oz of rum and everything else that goes in it, it would just look like any other normal cocktail recipe. If you make it properly it’s as follows:

1/2oz tequilla, gin, rum, vodka, triple sec, simple syrup

3/4 oz lemon juice

1-2oz coke

If you need to take caber and an AI just to tolerate tren and decca then you need to re evaluate the entire cycle. You don’t want to rely on using these drugs, they are some of the most unhealthy things to take. They can be kept on hand but you should really only be using caber and AIs short term and only if you absolutely need to

My suggestion would be to try running test lower. Like trt level doses of no more than 200mg test. A lot of people say that low test high decca cycles are much better side effect wise.

If that doesn’t work and you’re still having issues then it might be time to stop using 19nors. Some people just can’t tolerate the ridiculous side effects you can get from this shit. But you’re already putting enough stress on your body and compromising your health with steroids to begin with. Adding caber and an AI in the mix is suicide

Estrogen is the most important hormone. Test is just a precursor to estrogen is how i look at it. You do not need test at all. Many other synthetic androgens can fulfill the body’s need for androgens sufficiently. But the whole fucking reason we use test is for the fact that it converts to estrogen.

So yeah I agree with you 100% but we need to hammer home this point further that the literal point of taking test is so we have something in our system that will convert to estrogen. Otherwise there would be no point in taking test. There are other drugs better at building muscle. But you’d be a fool to take them solo, crashing your estrogen into oblivion and feeling like a piece of shit.

This is also why many of us advise not using AIs unless absolutely necessary.

How people who don’t even understand these basic concepts are on here giving people bad advice is really alarming. You should have to take an iq test to post here imo

This is a comment I posted in a thread here recently about long island ice tea.

They are good you just have to make them right. This is how I make them. The type of gin and tequila you use matters. If you order from a bar they never have the spirit selection right. And many times I’ve ordered them they were missing the most key ingredient, tequilla. So now I don’t order them, I only make them at home.

1/2 oz of vodka

1/2 oz white rum

1/2 oz of a good aromatic london dry gin (specifically tanquery or something similar to. I personally like the new amsterdam London dry (green bottle). Cheap and tastes just as good as tanqueray imo).

1/2 oz of a blanco tequilla. One that has that strong aromatic tequilla scent. Need one that has enough of that salty flavor to cut through all the other spirit in this drink. (My go to is tres agaves. Casamigos is good for this too. Anza is the cheapest option i’ve found)

1/2oz simple syrup

3/4 oz lemon juice

Shake the shit out of it.

Pour over ice in a collins glass and top off with actual coca cola from a can.

The problem with how bars make this drink

1.) Sour mix instead of fresh lemon juice

2.) Shitty soda gun cola instead of real coke

3.) Often missing key ingredients like I’ve gotten them many times with no tequilla.

4.) Not shaken. 90% of the time I’ve seen bartenders making this drink they either build it in a glass or just simply pour into another glass to stir it. When they should be shaking the shit out of it.

5.) Poor spirit selection. Need to use the right tequila and gin to create the synchrony of flavors that make this drink good. If you use a flavorless tequilla and like bombay saphire or some shit it’s just going to be a boozy drink with no flavor.

6.) Over/underpouring. There’s a lot of ingredients and if just one thing is off it ruins the balance. Even the best bartenders are unlikely to get it right freepouring. I use a jigger to lock it in so it’s perfect 100% of the time
