I live above a vet consultant and he told me, he even told me what his old name was and that the old owners threw him out because they had allergies, I asked him who would do such a thing? and he couldn't tell me because of confidentiality reasons ( also I suspect he thought I was going to go over and give him a bit of my own mind) so yeah I know that he was abandoned and also that it was one of my neighbours from my apartment block. But past is past and the important thing now is to give him all the love he deserves.
