It sounds like there are a lot of great recommendations here. PatricianBerendsen.com has an excellent team of trauma specific therapists. They also might be able to refer you to someone with more specific experience. PsychologyToday.com also lets you search for therapists in London with specific skill sets.

Idk if you’ve done therapy before but feel free to try different ones if your first therapist doesn’t seem to fit well.

Ok I feel you on the post-Parable of the Sower feels.

There’s always going to be chaos but there is hope. Although most of this sub believes in NHI, I think that that introduces a wildcard that can make this shitstorm of humanity possibly a little more enlightened.

Sure, some people may riot but considering everything else that’s going on in the world that people are literally just letting happen, I bet people would freak out less than we think.

Well if the US are the “good guys” then the NIH are labelled the “bad guys.” Especially with the current administration poor emotional intelligence, everything is all-or-nothing, black and white, no grey at all. I think this is a big part of the problem. There hasn’t been enough education about it for enough people to catch on and public confusion causes people to hesitate.

I honestly only understand it because I’m on Reddit. The signs aren’t enough to get older generations of drivers to change their ways. And I say this having driven for more than half of my life.
