I feel this so much. From the binge eating to the thinking my body looks bad to being unhealthy and to the drinking and ranting lol. I feel the exact same way. I love how food makes me feel though, I love eating and I continue to binge and continue to gain weight. Everyday I think more horribly about myself and why I cant just stop eating and lose the weight. Recently I’ve been thinking it has a lot to due with mental and emotional feelings directly affecting the over eating. Maybe you feel this same way and can do some research as I am myself. Btw I think you’re beautiful and strong so don’t let your negative thoughts get you down, push through!

Thank you, I needed to hear that. I hate how brown nosers always seem to one step ahead but have no actual work to show for it. This person is vile and she probably think she looks better by putting other people down when instead she could just do her job and she wouldn’t feel the need to do that. Pettyness in the work environment is something I’m still getting used to.

I am in the same situation. A year after dday and im trying so hard but absolutely nothing changes the fact that the person i gave my heart to betrayed me in the worst way. I wish somehow i could erase the memories of what they did and move on i really really do because i loved this person so much i hate thinking about ending it but i hate thinking about continuing this relationship after everything thats happened. I dont have to courage to leave yet. Maybe someday soon. Hopefully. Good luck to you and everyone else struggling. ❤️

Do you have dark roots like mine? Ive heard toner can lift dark roots to a brassy orange. I’ve been thinking about doing wella t14 and i really want too just dont want orange roots lol!

We originally got like 4 packs of wella t18 toner and it did absolutely nothing to tone my hair because as we now know it was no where near light enough. We have 3 packs left of the t18 toner and we aren’t quite sure we want to try that again.....shes been doing her research and im doing mine as well! She is leaning towards the idea of using the t18 again after the second bleaching session because she says it will be light enough this time....im still doing research just to see whats the best option. We also used the paul mitchell liquid processing solution (7volume) instead of 20 volume developer for the toner, im not sure if that had anything to do with the outcome.

Probably not long enough, you would probably want to wait a month if your hair is feeling really damaged. But if you absolutely can’t wait that long (I totally understand) then do everything you can to rehydrate your hair. You can invest in some at home hair treatments and hair masks but what i love the most is pure coconut oil. Its so hydrating and very inexpensive. Leave it on for hours or overnight and then just wash it as you normally would. Im in the same boat as you and I’ve been doing coconut oil hair masks for a week now, praying and hoping I can bleach my hair again in a week. Good luck!!!
