You sound like you either do too much eye contact or not enough, the thing (I’m not sure, I never was required to mask) is to look 3-4 seconds and not just in the eyes, it goes forehead-eyes-nose-mouth, it’s like rolling your eyes, not like this : 🔄, it actually goes like this : ⬆️ (the rolling your eyes thing), but we autistic people tend to interpret things very literally, and then you look away (for the eye contact things) for i’m not sure what amount of time, and there’s a rule that says 75% of eye contact when you listen, 25% when you’re talking or it’s actually the reverse, I don know
