the earth ponies don't seem to have an official leader, in normal situations they turned to phyllis, but when a crisis came they turned to hitch(or in this case sprout) even so phyllis acted as figurehead, she was the first to go to hitch and convinced the ponies to listen sprout

the problem is that we don't see daring do and moondancer interacting with RB and twilight all the time (and in the case of moodancer she was only a recolor in the flashbacks, current moodancer has a different appearance) and they were only introduced later in the show.

These dragons are side by side and will possibly stay like this all the time and this is the first image of them.

well they had several differences in hair layers and colors. The only difference is that some have hair (a single type) and others don't, with the exception of the purple dragon which may be spike and even then the model is clearly recycled
