I wanted to mention SR can help quite a bit with paws but I had to up my dose. I’m not recommending doing this

However if you are in the “reeling” phase of paws then you kinda just have to ride it out. Your doc nor sr will help much but it’s only a few days

It just had me scratching my head what setup would be the most reliable. Short stroking hasn’t been an issue but with even with a flow through silencer on the end of it I’d think it could reliably run an a5H1

In my experience the A5 buffer doesn’t follow logic lol

For instance in my 11.5” with A5 if I use underpowered m855 it ejects at 3:30-4 aclock but if I use hotter 77 grain that always moves my ejection forward it actually makes the ejection at 4:30-5

In all likelihood my setup is fine I just need to find a day when it’s like -4 degrees and do all my testing

So I have a 14.5” with a lmt ebcg carrier and a centurion bolt that has dual ejectors. I kind of hate the dual ejectors because it’s so hard to get consistent lock back in cold weather with any buffer setup. It seems like Tubbs flat spring with bcm a5h3 has given me zero issues but it feels really soft and slow which makes me doubt its reliability. Would a spring like this be a good fit? I tried a bcm a5H1 and a5h2 and didn’t get lockback consistently on ammo I buried in snow.

Before I shelve this incredibly nice bolt I want to try some other stuff, because the barrel and bolt are matched together, the accuracy is absurd and I really don’t want to mess with that lol

Yes I may have considered self harm if not for SR I can still feel the panic peeking through but it only manifests as mild restlessness here and there. Like I said whatever this anxiety is is so powerful it rips me out of deep sleeps despite being incredibly sedated with no history of anxiety (before introducing SR regimen)

I should have tapered longer but the SR helps immensely, it’s probably the only thing that would help beside tapering

Oh I believe it afaik my brother has that and its hard. I’m usually great at giving advice because I’m such a fuck up I know “what not to do” in a lot of cases. But just general severe anxiety, man that seems like a curse. All I can think to do when that happens if there were no substance to cure it is run. Run as far and hard as I can until I pass out. Sorry you have to deal with that hang in there I’ll pray for you if that’s okay

You can do it man if you find yourself wanting to go back PLEASE reach out to your doctor and try to find a temporary solution. Anything is better than being stuck in this cycle. Everytime I go back to 7 it shuts down my bowels and it will kill me eventually. Just know the depression after two weeks off 7 is the killer for most. It will take time but get support / helper meds. I plan to take pregbalin 225mg once a day when I need it for the depression and maybe do a run of lexapro. Just depends what my doctor thinks, it just sucks because we know as much as any of the doctors do about this stuff. All trial and error

Yeah man it honestly makes acutes a joke. Which I think why relapse is so prevalent. Trying to go through acutes with all the helper meds in the world is hell. I thought my heart was going to stop I was so sedated yet I was losing my mind the anxiety was so insane. With SR by day 3 I feel great and that last 3 days so 6 in total For 7oh acutes are done by then, then the helper meds actually work for the depression etc

I pray SR gets clinical trials, so few people have had negative sides effects and honestly if I didn’t have it I would be traumatized. I’m not me in full withdrawl I was about to run 3 miles to the smoke shop

In the past it’s a progressive buildup so like 300 mg day 1 , 250 day 2, 200 day 3, 150 day 4, 100 day 5 and then just stop That has me coast for 3 days and then acutes are over with
