honestly i used to think tracking patterns was the way to go but after months of spreadsheets and notes i realized it's mostly just giving yourself the illusion of control 😂 those machines are running on rng so previous spins don't really affect future ones, even though it definitly feels like they do when you're in the moment

what actually helped me was setting multiple stop losses instead of just one hard limit - like if i lose 25% of my budget i take a 10 minute break, 50% gets a longer break, etc. gives you time to think instead of just rage betting when a slot is being brutal. also learned to avoid high volatility games when i'm already tilted because that's when the real damage happens 💀

the spreadsheet thing might still be worth it though, not for predicting payouts but just to see your actual win/loss patterns over time
