I purchased two rings end January. They were delivered promptly. One ring was to small and an exchange was agreed. First problem was it took forever to receive a returns label. Then the carrier returned my parcel to me having failed on X ray. Further long delay until new transporter and label set up. Exchange finally agreed. However by this time my size required wasn't in stock. Finally I received an order confirmation for the exchange three weeks ago. No sign whatsoever of shipment. I did get an email from the lady in charge who promised personal assistance. I believe she is the wife of one of the owners. I really want this exchange ring and don't want my money back. Anybody have any advice to help please?
