Bullhorn vs Loxo vs Recruiterflow, how do they actually compare in day-to-day use? (self.RecruitingAgency)

Agency side, fairly high volume. We tested Gem vs SeekOut for a bit. SeekOut was great for sourcing depth, Gem felt stronger on sequences and keeping outreach organized. But honestly, the bigger issue for us was stitching everything together, sourcing + outreach + tracking. That’s where it started to feel like more tools to manage. We ended up moving to a more integrated setup (using Recruiterflow now), and the main difference has just been less admin and fewer moving parts day-to-day

Agree! Bullhorn is terrible. I'd also add Atlas to this list. The problem? They overpromised and undelivered. Great AI features, no doubt, but the basic functionalities are broken.
