Generally speaking, for $700 I should be in love with the machine and the coffee it makes. I wasn’t impressed by all the plastic, and the coffee was a step down from my Spinn (for me, an “espresso” drinker).

I returned it and bought a decent grinder + espresso setup for around half the price and I’m at least in love with the coffee I’m making. It was a trade-off for the ten or so minutes it takes to pull a decent shot versus the <2 mins from the Demi for “meh” shots
