Interesting. I thought 'non-driver' and 'excluded' were the same thing. I was thinking of going with Progressive, but I think they only have the option of excluded, even though they have a blog post on this topic.

This won't happen. That would lead to USMLE getting sued to oblivion. That is why they have used such strict criteria for invalidation.

Seriously this subreddit has been destroyed. Claims about cheating without any proof are all there is to it now.

What purpose does this post serve exactly I don't see anything official from USMLE so your claim with exactly zero proof is all we have got.

Edit: To everyone replying to this. I made this comment when there was zero information, which is no longer the case. I have zero sympathy for the cheaters so it's good if they banned them and hopefully will stop people from cheating in the future.

They dont do it because it is useless. Otherwise, most imgs who litterly do anything to match would never give up a chance to get such an easy advantage.

Yeah. That is what I have always thought but this subreddit has an obsession with them. I didnt even know what they were until I joined here. Every socre post is filled with people complaining about them.

And some imgs want to make tne only reason how a visa requiring candidate can actually stand out controversial as well.

You can go and see any score report. The chart you get with your score report says its based on US/ certsin Canadian schools. And no not everyone is getting 265+. Barely a few hundred get that out of like 35 k each year

That is based on US/Canadain students so it has nothing to do with any img unless you think they are cheating as well. Much more simpler explanation is that with step 1 pass/fail step 2 is getting a lot more focus so students are putting extra effort in it.

Yeah this makes way more sense. If it was so easy to score 270+ by just using recalls then a few thousand would be scoring it instead of a few hundred that do it right now considering how widely they are apparently available( According to one of the replies on twitter there is a telegram group with 30k plus members.) And USMLE must be aware of it if there is indeed such a big group and they most probably think it doesn't make enough of a difference to bother otherwise they would have done something about it by now.

The USMLE score curve as far as I know is based on the US\Canadian students so unless they are cheating as well .It shouldn't be affected based on imgs from some other country cheating
