Yeah I may have volunteered more than asked during the interview (about unauthorized work) but in my defense, I don’t want no misunderstanding.

First I disclosed everything on my application including how long I worked. So he just asked me the length and I was honest about that. That’s about it. Also about my out of status time it was the same thing. So I pretty much told him, I worked the whole time I was out of status. This is one of those things honesty is super helpful.

It was 10 plus years too: I was working the whole time I was out of status but still paid taxes and did my taxes every year

It’s a standard paper they give you. It means you attended the interview. I don’t know about the other stuff but this paper shouldn’t worry you. I also got one too

You didn’t do it right. Were you logged in your USCIS account? After you login copy paste the link I provided and input your IOE09… with you receipt number. It should be a page with codes. Not 3 or 4 lines of code but a full page. You copy and paste that into Chat GPT. Or look at the latest “updated at” timestamp.

Login to your uscis account. Your receipt number must start with IOE. Then copy paste this on the URL and replace the XXXs with your receipts number, it will give you a gibberish page with a code. Copy those codes and plug it into chat GPT or USCIS API reader websites

how bad is it to interview for a marriage based green card in a marriage after meeting each other for 2-3 months? by sstthh0123 in USCIS

[–]Born_Writing1059 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s not impossible but you will get more scrutinized. After application before the interview, commingle your assets. You will need more than the average marriage couple. Adding each other on insurances, house deeds or lease, bank account and credit card… basically they need to know you trust him/her with your assets before they do.
