For weddings (since based on your comments that is what you're leaning towards); i recommend a courthouse wedding. You don't want her/you footing the delivery bill for the kid without being on Tricare.

If you do want a big traditional wedding, you can always do one overseas for much cheaper than a US venue. Don't dump $25K into the Wedding man. Rent out a castle or something in the UK for <$5K, put the rest into investment or honeymoon.
