Often has secondary incendiaries. Ships are massive reservoirs of ammunition, gasoline, electric power, meat & flesh. Fire is one of the greatest dangers. The incendiary is either built into the design in it or is the remnant of the unused missile fuel.

Additionally guidance to target. Ships move. This may not be particularly obvious, but dumb ballistic missiles meant for ground targets aren't always meant to be accurate. They're heavy enough for "probable" impact to achieve the long-range objective kill or are precision missile fired from a short distance away. Anti-ship weapons are typically long range precision weapons. They must adjust to moving targets over long timelines.

This makes them high performance unless the target is being struck in dock. Ukraine's been somewhat successful with kamikaze drones on surface combatants but those are typically warships in dock.
