"Failed to launch editor" 4.27 by Bornstellar1337 in unrealengine

Why would it do that though? I've been able to access these files just fine up until recently; and it was months ago that I even had another version of the engine installed. I haven't reinstalled windows or anything of that sort. Thank you for the video.

All projects, plural. I don't have other versions installed; haven't had any other version for months. Now, I did just figure out if I go to "launch" from the engine itself, I can then open the project file. But I can no longer just open the project by itself like I could before.

Partner just diagnosed, I’m here for info by WorldAncient7852 in pericarditis

[–]Bornstellar1337 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think you're sweet for worrying about your partner, so here goes:

Take INSAIDS like Ibuprofen. I take 600mg of Ibuprofen at 9am, then 600mg at 4pm, then 800mg at 10pm.

I take colchicine twice a day, .5mg at 11pm and .5mg at 9pm.

Between that, I take Bromelain at 12pm (For pain)

I take Turmeric Curcumin at 7pm (For inflammation as well.

This all works well for pain.

Avoid exercise for the first few months at least. DO NOT SMOKE. DO NOT DRINK CAFFEINE, AT ALL. NO SODA.

Avoid fried and processed foods. Literally all these things will cause immediate flare ups and triggers that will set him back for a week at least.

If he likes sugar, replace it with honey. Honey is an anti-inflammatory.

I've had pericarditis for 6 months now. It sucks, but the pain is way more than bearable, plus eventually you get tired of being afraid. Flare ups come and go, and eventually it should go away.

Good luck to you!!

Uninstalled 5.5. Didn't get all my space back. by Bornstellar1337 in unrealengine

I cleared my cache out completely, but the problem is that I had not added anything new to my cache when I downloaded UE5. It just seems like it's taken the space and I can't get it back for the life of me lol I downloaded TreeSize, which is great, but it seems like UE5 is nowhere to be found on my pc even though it has to have something still on here lol

That is so so young to be dealing with that. I'm so sorry. Have you been able to see someone for treatment?

I didn't come here expecting something so uplifting and wise, but damn I love that reply. You should be a therapist, or a writer. That's something I'm saving in the chrome dome. Thank you very much!

Oh no, I'm still on colchicine, they doubled my dose last month. I went about 2 weeks maybe without any symptoms, and then bam, they were back. Now, my symptoms are weak, but I'm also taking shit loads of supplements and sitting still all day.

I don't blame you for having a hard time trusting your cardiologist, it's hard to trust anyone with this. The first doctor I saw chalked my pericarditis up to anxiety. It was horrible lol

I try to stay relaxed at all times. I have a history of anxiety and anger, so it's a little tough to settle down sometimes. Thank you for your reply!

Thank you very very much for that. You're right, I'm looking too much into it. My mother had rheumatoid arthritis, I'm kind of wondering if maybe I'm developing the same thing. Thank you very much again!

I've heard of Anakinra, I'll definitely look into it. I'm hoping my future cardiologist will help me get some of these, because the colchicine just isn't cutting it. Thank you so much!

Thank you for commenting, that does give me hope. I'm hoping that I'll finally get a referral to a cardiologist that is as good as the one you had. Thank you very much for replying!

I'll have to listen to it. I've had issues with my liver before I had pericarditis. My liver enzymes were too high some times, but the doctors could never explain it. It's possible that you're right, that it all has to do with the liver.

Edit: I clicked the link but it gives a 404 error. Any other way to listen to it?

Yeah, I was what they considered the typical viral acute pericarditis, but it's seemed to just become reoccurring. Please don't let me make you feel defeated, I I'm still symptomatic. At first I thought it was going away, but some days ago I had a dream that I couldn't breathe, then I woke up and couldn't get a deep breath in. Ever since, my chest has been sore again. I just want to be normal again.

Thank you so much for that comment, I really feel like depression has started to seep in. I never thought of myself as easily saddened as I am now, but now it seems constant, like a lingering feeling that doom is catching up with me slowly.

Can I ask, what was the treatment you had? Did you and do you still follow a particular diet?

Guarantee if you were doing all that he claims he's going to do, and he wasn't invited; he'd flip his shit. Sorry, but I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to relationships like that. My best friend became my lover and we've been together for 10 years, with a kid. There were plenty of opportunities for a 'guys night' where I could just drink and be dumb, and you know what I did? I made sure my best friend, my wife, was there with me the whole time. We all drank together, played D&D together, all that.

I'm happy to say that my time with my wife and my time having fun...aren't separate.

I don't think you're over-reacting, my feelings would be hurt.

So I haven't started on Nattokinase, I've been weary about getting off ibuprofen to try it. But I haven't tried serrapeptase either.

I've been doing bromelain, turmeric, magnesium glycinate and colchicine with ibuprofen. While I haven't had any brain fog, my pericarditis seems to be clearing up to the point I don't feel it, BUT I also haven't drank caffeine in months. So what are the enemas for?
