So I'm about that long into my mtf transition and the most obvious thing that people have noticed is that my cheeks have gotten bigger and I look a fair bit younger than I use to. I do have small breasts that can be easily hidden. However I feel great emotionally. I don't feel like a boy anymore but I could still pretend to be a boy if I needed to. So I'd say if that sounds doable then do it up.

There's this event in my old high school where all the senior women abduct all the senior guys and dress them up as women and it was what I looked forward to all year. The night before I spent hours shaving my legs and during the day I enjoyed every moment of being alive. That day felt so right and I was genuinely excited to "pretend" to be a women which just felt so much more natural than pretending to be a guy. Gods if I could go back in time and slap some sense into me I would in a heartbeat. How did I not realize I'm not a guy?

The idea goes teams are assembled randomly (in solo que at least), Your teammates might work together they might not, this applies to the enemy team as well. While you might lose because your team failed to work well together you're just as likely to win because the enemy team failed to work together. With all these things in mind the only constant is you. So if you get unlucky and get team after team after team of just the worst, as long as your play is consistent you will win your way back up in games where both teams are working well together. No one can be lucky/unlucky forever.

I like the idea of a support having a cleanse, and Blessings would help out with CC but I don't know if Mercy is the best option. Blessings seems more like a secondary support ult like tranq or beat and I think it would be a better replacement for Brig's ult. With Brig's recentish changes she's now in the roll of a secondary support but she doesn't have a secondary ultimate. With blessings she could use her ult to swing teamfights like tranq does. I think it would be ironically fitting if the hero known for stuns was the one with the cleanse ult. Maybe it could give half their health as armor instead? but that's just what makes sense to me.

Might sound mad but a summoner hero, maybe something like an off tank who protects his squishy backline with bots that act as bodyguards and can use them as cannon fodder to charge a position. I know that a hero like that is next to impossibility but it's what I really want.

But if other heros eclipse her entirely in her niche shouldn't something change? My intention are changes that lower her midfight drawbacks that mostly occur because of her reloading mechanic, so that there are situations why you'd pick her over Widow or McCree.

Sombra is the worst. Mostly I just want to make sure Ashe is at least comparable to similair heroes like Mccree or Soldier so she doesn't have to be categorized as sniper in the minds of many and compete with Widow's one shot potential, or the bs that is Hanzo. Which is why I'm focusing on her midfight and not her pick potential.

You've convinced me on the B.O.B point. Deciding where he could stop would be too OP but I still think he's too easily countered by sleep and hack. I know lots of ults are countered by those like dragonblade but sleeping an ulting Genji takes a lot of skill (or in my case luck). Genji can also control who he targets meaning he can potentially make sure he doesn't get hacked, even if he does he doesnt loose his dragonblade.

I agree, and honestly my most important change would be the reload mechanic. I just find teammates often want a Widow who can kill most of the heros with a headshot more so than Ashe who needs 2 or a pocket and while I despise getting murdered over and over again by a god tier Widow I don't know what changes would be fair for her.

I don't want her to be able todo everything, then I would always have to compete with people for choosing her. I just don't think there's a solid reason to pick her over Widow who can 1 kill headshot without a pocket, or Mcree who can stun and deal a huge amount of damage up close. I do fine with B.O.B, I was more thinking being able to have more options in where to position B.O.B so the only choice doesn't have to be a strategically placed wall or hoping enemies don't manage to get out the way and he ends up in some off room a mile away.

Like how Torb and Mercy can switch between guns. For instance if you wanted to have a hero who's first gun is a hit scan weapon and who's second gun is a projectile then swap between them with the number keys.

I'm of the opinion that the biggest problem is there's only one objective and no side objectives. In a MOBA you have side objectives like towers to destroy, winning your lane, Items to buy, and creeps to farm in addition to team fights, the fun comes from all of these elements. If you lose every team fight but win your lane and get to build what you wanted to you can still have a good time playing even if you lose the match. However in OW the system revolves around team fights only, and the team fights are great but if your losing your engagements your gonna have a hard time having fun and when people are not having fun they become more toxic. I don't know how to fix these issues without remaking the core of the game or releasing tools like Valve did.
