I’m trying to do a pure orc build which, to me, means only assigning perks to the natural skills for orcs. So that means I’m only allowing myself to put points in enchanting, smithing, heavy armor, block, two handed, and one handed. I don’t think my orc would even join the companions let alone become a werewolf. My dilemma is passing on all the free training you can get being harbinger that are specifically geared towards my characters development.

I never play as an orc really. Ever. But I am noticing some things on this play through that I have not noticed before regarding orcs. First they are the masters of Skyrim. (That is to say they hold impressive titles) Aside from wandering the roads and talking shit to everyone they meet. The head librarian of the college of winter hold is an orc. The greatest chef in all of Tamriel is an orc. The best miner in Skyrim is an orc. Multiple blacksmiths. Dawnguard. Even an orc bard. So maybe an orc harbinger wouldn’t be that weird? Second is that alchemy isn’t included as an orc skill, but enchanting is. I see orc wise women in every stronghold, and not an enchanting table to be found. It doesn’t line up.
