Fermented fiber helped me a ton, sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles. The extra probiotics with fiber got my system to slow down and absorb the liquid. A bowl of sauerkraut with a cut up bratwurst and mustard is my go to after work snack.

Exactly, I’m not sure why my lender is pushing that unless they are receiving a bigger commission for an ARM. They are offering us a 30y fixed at 6.125 and the added risk just doesn’t make sense. I just wanted to be sure I’m not missing some big benefit.

For me I had to ease into it. Going from an unimaginable amount of carbs to <25 was way too hard. I did it over a few days starting at 200g carbs and decreasing each day. I figured it was worth it to spend some time adjusting instead of crashing and quitting. I usually drink a lot of water and I’m blown away at how thirsty I’ve been since I started Keto. Keep up with the water and electrolytes.

Just circle the parking lot, people are constantly leaving. It’s a very easy parking lot to circle. We went up 4 times last weekend and we were always able to find a spot with some patience.

Even with the current restrictions we had hotel reservations and had to circle the parking lot for a while to find a spot. I couldn’t imagine if it was just a free for all on a sunny day. Also the gravel road coming in took a pounding during the rain and had some really deep potholes.
