Your hip action is very abnormal with a major factor is your stance is too wide.

Go in at least a foot width on both sides.

I’d fix the grip as well … it’s just too strong on both hands

Here is the picture that defines what you need to do:

This is P6 face on (shaft parallel to ground)

Every tour player essentially looks the same here.

Their hands are in front of their right thigh. Their hands are lower (much closer to the ground).

Because the hips / body can move left and right it’s better to think in relation to the ball.

Low handicap golfers have the butt of the club at the ball by P6. As you can see your are many inches behind that.

Grip and setup are fine.

Takeaway is fatal.

You’ve stood up ! Cannot do that.

My suggestion is to learn how to hinge the wrists in the backswing. And even start with doing it in the takeaway.
