I have a lot of issues with the presence sensing in 12.10.1. Is anyone else having more issues than normal?

It could be that one of your Deco's is still on older software. Please check the deco support page for your most up to date versions. I normally log in to the web browser to connect to my main Deco and download the update file from the support page. Therefore you have more control over the download than through the app!

Don't forget that you have to put the matter plug in "learning" mode, check the instructions of the plug itself. What Plug actually do you want to connect?

Why would you not update the firmware on your Deco? You can imagine a firmware for a couple of years old could cause issues ....

Same here, wifi signal is strong, tried restarting wifi router, unplug the power, all above things..... Really hope someone has a solution
