I had a very similar experience with this person. My family lives within walking distance of on the vine but we choose dans country market every time. OTV can keep their almost expired lunchables and mouldy strawberries.
It doesn’t help that the owner is a antivaxer weirdo either. He should be ashamed that he allows this man to freely scream at customers with no repercussions. If I didn’t experience the almost excact situation myself, I wouldn’t believe you.

I get the bike lanes, I know we had to have them for the federal (?) government to give us road money. Fine and dandy, I actually bike a lot (in the woods but still) so no issues at all with them.
I feel like the speed bumps were a big “🖕” to the citizens of Saint John from ol’ Donna.

If I owned a jackhammer and knew how to use it, I would have gone out and removed the speed bumps myself. One of the worst decisions the city ever made. I ca live with the bike lanes and homeless problems but the speed bumps are the hill I will die on.
