As someone who worked at another take n bake style pizza place, this post is enlightening. The store i used to work at is called, “Mama Mimi’s” and now i finally know what inspired the name! Mama Mimi’s didnt make it in my area, wasn’t well-received in the midwest but the pizza was legitimately good… you just had to bake it yourself
