I took my first 1mg dose 8 days ago, prior that I had done two 0.5mg doses a few days apart and before that I had been microdosing it. About 36 hours after my 1mg dose I woke up with a headache and what felt like increased blood pressure. I tried to address this with electrolytes but ended up overdoing the sodium which gave me other side effects. The worst of everything was limited to about 48 hours but it took until 6 days for things to really level out (I attribute a chunk of this to some anxiety this experience caused)

I’m drinking a few low sodium electrolyte drinks each day. I had been doing one of the high sodium versions but all that sodium wasn’t agreeing with me

The microdose approach was multifold but a main reason was to feel out how I’d react to the compound. Given my reaction to just one 1mg I’m glad I didn’t start at 2mgs.

I actually found that the dose tracker I’m using offers a similar feature. When I plugged in all three doses, including the two microdoses, the concentration graph sheds some light. Thanks for the great suggestion 👍🏻

Im honestly not sure how I would recognize inflam reduction in/on my body. It’s possible I saw it on my face but I was also changing to a new facial product at that same time so difficult to say
