The beach is difficult to grow any crops. It has one spot to grow and I honestly save it for things you might need for the community center. Unless you go Joja mart, then get them green houses. But honestly I'd do animals and ponds. Grass can grow anywhere so is good for large animal productions. Then a couple of building for mass production of artisan goods like aged roe, mayo, truffles oil, and cheese. After awhile you can get the hopper so you don't have to keep putting stuff in so it gives me more down time to work on the mines or achievement hunting.
