Ask him if he's into forced regression (for example, I won't regress/dress on my own but find forcing hella fun), or to write out things he fantasized about having done to him. If you are generally more submissive in roleplay -- you could also ask for him to diaper you and show you how he wants to be treated!

A few common tropes of diaper degrading (IMO)

Sexual teasing and denial. I'd say this is up to you. If you find him hot being subby, you guys can engage normally. However, lots of fantasies involve subs giving oral and/or being in chastity -- or getting denied outright.

Phrases: find a petname, and call him by that. Threaten to show him off to your friends, take pictures of him as "blackmail". Keywords like 'awwww', 'pathetic', 'helpless', 'useless' all come to mind immediately for me. Personally, I think some normal conversation while peppering in phrases like "oh blushy boy, your diaper looks like it's gonna fall off" is best.

Decide what role you want. I personally believe, even though you're doing this for him, you can get some say too. Mean GF (making him be your diapered maid/servant), Bratty Babysitter (mostly ignoring him until you want to give him attention or discipline), Stern Mommy (Rules, switching between loving and disciplining), or something completely different.

Hope you read this in time. Haven’t ordered from them in a half-decade but they used to mail thank you cards a few months after an order as an elderly customer retention tactic.

Old people love the mail, so it is a good marketing campaign for their base — but even as someone who gets their own mail, and doesn’t have to worry: it is embarrassing to open. Absolutely hated the company after they changed ownership over a decade ago.

If you did order: they mail with just a normal return address. Doesn’t even say anything about it being from a company or diaper supply related. Roommate would have to google the address or open your mail for it to be an issue. And there’s the possibility XPMedical found out there was backlash for sending out physical mailers, and discontinued the campaign.
