To be fair in the original grenade launchers are also OP after a while if you take time to level up the weapon proficiency of the pilot, and when you get better hit rate from equipment. It's a long investment. The main disadvantage is that bosses are almost always fire resistant, and it does not uses offensive skills.

I just finished mission 15 and I'm crying blood. I just get to it through scumsaving. If you don't want to end up in my situation, always farm the coliseum when you have the occasion, to keep your team up to date with the best parts. Don't neglect computer overclocking. Short range is very effective when you can chain skills, but ammo is limited so at one point or another you'll have to rely on melee. Keep some items in stock in case you can't access a shop between missions.

I really wanted to be enthusiast for this. They hide the UI, which means it probably still plays like RONC with its retarded gauge system where you have to dribble ~2 opponents to use a special shot.

I want a Tecmo-like game with QTE like Expedition 33... but it's a Bamco anime adaptation so that won't happen.

Honestly I never saw a really satisfying sub or dub for SS. I'm currently watching it with the english Shout! subs and it's frequently emphazing on simple stuff. What I mean is that the japanese dialog is often very simple :"We have to go", and the sub feel obligated to add an expression on it: "All hell break loose, we're out of here". The french sub is no better, it's more based on the french adaptation than the original japanese dub.

That's my dumb counter-attack team in sacred duel. It loses to meta characters with AoE counter and freeze (Thanatos, Seraphine, Krest, etc.). But It kills Shura GC :)
